Coaching vs. Counselling
Counseling focuses on the past and how it has influenced your current life. Coaching examines your current situation and attempts to steer you toward a more desirable future. As a client, you must accept the situation as it is and have a willingness to move forward. A life coach is a type of wellness expert who will assist you in taking these steps so that you might achieve greater happiness. Clients work with life coaches to improve their relationships, jobs, and daily lives but are not limited to these categories. Ultimately, your life coach will work with you to cater to your unique needs.​
